Teton Canyon Yurt provides access to the Jedediah Smith Wilderness with plenty of skiing opportunities above the yurt. Due to its lower elevation, consider longer approaches and variable snow conditions.
Teton Canyon Yurt is located in the summer use campground in Teton Canyon where opportunities to explore a riparian environment and see wintering wildlife abound. The yurt is accessed via a four-mile, mostly flat, groomed Nordic track that is ideal for cross-country skiing, skate skiing, and snowshoeing.
